Return Policy:
At Condom Stop we want you to be 100% satisfied with the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our products here at www.condomstop.com you may not Exchange or return a product if there is no defect on it. You may return an item that has a manufacturer defect with 72 hours of receiving the damaged product. Some products are not returnable to us even if they are defective such as the condoms, lubes, rechargeable toys (Hitachi Magic Wand), and panties. For any of these products you must contact the manufacturer for a return on a defective product.
Under no circumstances will we accept returns on used Adult items or clothing which have been worn.
As all Adult items are sold as Novelty items only, Condom Stop does not guarantee or warranty the use of any product for a particular purpose.
What to do in case of manufacturer defect:
(No rechargeable vibrators such as the Hitachi Magic Wand, Panties, Condoms or Lubes are able to be returned!) Many of the products that we do Not accept refunds on will be stated in the product description of that particular item.
First of all if there does happen to be a manufacturer defect on a toy that you purchase from us you need to contact us immediately! No later than 72 hours upon receiving the toy. If you do not call or contact us through email within 72 hours of you receiving the defective toy then we will not accept a return on that item NO ACCEPTIONS! At that point you would have to contact the manufacturer of that toy yourself to see if the toy has some form of warranty.
If you do contact us within the 72 hour period to let us know there was a problem with your product, we will gladly re-ship you a replacement at no cost to you. First We will send you a call tag or prepaid postage so that you can send us the defective toy, and once we receive the broken toy back we will re-ship your new Item at no cost to you. We do not give any Cash Refunds and we will not credit your credit card if you are not wanting a replacement of the defective toy then we can issue you a store credit -minus 20% restocking fee.
Unauthorized returned items that do not have original packaging will be refused for exchange or store credit (-20%).
On any items that are being returned to us you must have all the original manufacturer packaging. We cannot accept any return back that doesn't have the products original box Meaning the box and or the plastic the toy came in. If you send us a toy back and it doesn't have the original packaging (box) we will have the package destroyed immediately. And no store credit will be issued, due to the nature of our products here at Condom Stop this is done as a safety measure for our employees.
Cancellation of Orders:
With our distinct store policy please be sure before you place an order and make sure you do want it. If by mistake you do place a duplicate order please contact immediately via phone (1-813-855-4006) or email so we can take action accordingly. We will resolve those issues case by case.
Orders that haven't shipped out:
Again here at Condom Stop we want you to be completely satisfied with any purchase you make with us! If by any chance you place an order with us and you need to cancel it. We can cancel and refund your credit card the full amount charged as long as your package hasn't shipped out.
Cancellation if your order has already been shipped out:
If the package has shipped what we can do is give you a store credit upon receiving the unopened package back to us. The store credit would be in the amount of the purchase and we will take out the shipping costs. What this means to you is that if your item ships and you wish to cancel, once you receive the package you must refuse delivery so it comes straight back to us unopened and once we get it back we will issue you a store credit in the amount of the toy. If your total order was $35.95 and the shipping included in that total was $5.95 you would receive a store credit in the amount of $30.00.
